Chaos Art overview Extension 5 items #
A society of independent painters makes one-of-a-kind abstract art in deep space - you choose the moment it is finished.

Press Start and a company of autonomous painters goes to work in a three-dimensional stage: some lay ink gestures, some grow coral, some build on hidden grids, some weave glowing threads. Nobody conducts them; the only thing they share is the artwork itself. There is no seed and no reproduce: before you start, you charge the piece with entropy by moving your pointer over a field, and the same settings will never produce the same picture twice.
A fresh studio starts self-directed: style, art movement, colors, medium and the temperament dials all stand on their choice, and the society draws its own configuration at every Start. Touching any control locks that one aspect in your hand; everything else stays theirs.
Charge the piece
#Before the first stroke, the view shows an entropy field. Moving your pointer over it feeds position, timing and speed into the pool the artwork is born from - your movement becomes this piece, and it can never be painted again.
Start painting / Pause / Resume
#Start puts the company on stage; painters enter staggered, each on its own cue. Pause freezes the world and opens the moment picker; Resume continues the same piece. Start over abandons it for a new one - with fresh draws for everything left on their choice.
Surprise
#The first style card is no style at all: the society picks one itself, freshly at every Start. The status line reports what they chose.
Impulse
#A manual jolt of energy through the space. The disruptor throws its own; this button is yours.
The pointer
#While it paints, your pointer stays a disturbance in the space - stirring like wind, attracting or repelling, selectable in the Pointer card. Dragging borrows the camera from the cameraman, the wheel zooms, and a tap sends an impulse.
The society Extension 7 items #
Eight characters and a changing company of painters, and none of them waits for another.
Every actor has its own inner clock and makes its decisions on its own beat. Painters work in gestures the way a hand paints: a stroke is planned, committed to - with an attack, a swing and a release, its width swelling and tapering - then the brush lifts, the painter travels without painting, and sets down again. Roughly one stroke in fourteen is huge: the backbone of a composition, laid in one decisive movement.
Nothing is fixed at the start. Finished strokes join the piece's living fashion, and other painters imitate the recent ones with mutation or improvise, so fashions emerge, drift and are displaced. A finished gesture also leaves its endpoint standing as a call that exactly one painter may answer - chains of strokes thread through the composition as visible conversations.
The timekeeper
#Stretches and squeezes the world's own time - slow motion, racing passages, held breaths. During a freeze the camera keeps moving, which is where the bullet-time moments come from.
The cameraman
#Moves the eye through the work in one of three moods - a near-still tableau, a slow drift, or a restless orbit with sudden dives - and changes its own mood now and then. The gaze wanders off center to find its own compositions.
The colorist
#Slides the palette's heat and throws accent moments. When the colors are the society's own, she may change her mind entirely mid-piece: a new palette, an epoch in the picture. Painted stays painted.
The sculptor and the disruptor
#The sculptor swells and thins every future stroke; the disruptor throws rare impulses - gusts, waves, small detonations - that every painter feels.
The transient one
#Lets old matter crumble and fade so the stage never chokes: transience as a character rather than a technical limit.
The restless one
#Retires painters and hires new ones mid-piece, re-tunes the society's temperament, and carries the upheavals: the longer a piece settles into itself, the more the pressure grows, until part of the cast, the palette, the clock, the light and the matter all break at once - and the piece may move house into a new region of space, leaving the old paint standing as an epoch.
The steckbrief
#On pause the piece introduces itself: a title written by rules from its own chronicle, palette and fashion, and a one-line biography - style, school and its mid-life school change, upheavals, moves, marks. The title names the inserted layer and the process film.
Styles, schools and media Extension 5 items #
Twelve styles, nine art movements and six media multiply into pieces that cannot repeat.
A style is a casting: which painters take the stage and how they are tempered. Ink Storm, Coral Garden, Neon Weave, Oil Nebula, Shatter, Echo Chamber, Ring Parade, Tile Works, Hive, Clockwork, Constellation - and the Ensemble, which draws a new mixed cast from all painter types at every Start.
An art movement is a school above the styles: it never talks to an actor, it educates the casting - who is favored, what mark a painter leaves, which colors and ground feel like home, where the dials rest, how the light treats the result. A medium decides what matter the same commands become: sculpted three-dimensional bodies, or flat textured strokes that follow the gesture, sit on paper and fade into bright air the way paint does.
Art movement
#Impressionism, Pointillism, Cubism, Bauhaus, Surrealism, Op Art, Action Painting, Futurism and Minimalism, plus the free study. On their choice, a school is drawn fresh at every Start - and an upheaval may draw a new one mid-piece, so newly hired painters bring different manners than the ones already on stage.
Medium
#Sculpted, Brush strokes, Watercolor, Pastel, Ink sketch and Splash. The painterly media are unlit on purpose, carry procedural stroke textures with a dried rim on the washes and tooth under the chalk, stand on their own paper tone and breathe with a still paper weave.
Palette
#Curated palettes, your Brand Kits, custom colors - or their choice: the society generates palettes of its own from a harmony engine, colors nobody curated and nobody will see twice.
Temperament
#Order to chaos, Energy, Density and Tempo. With the checkmark on, the society sets the dials itself at every Start and keeps re-tuning them as it paints; moving any slider takes that dial into your hand.
Ground and Look
#The piece stands on a style ground, black void, paper, deep mist - or on its own darkest or lightest color. Bloom, depth blur, grain and vignette are dials, not fates.
Moments and exports Extension 5 items #
The stop is the artistic act - and no moment is ever lost.
Because nothing here can be repeated, the moments keep themselves: a snapshot ring quietly holds the last minutes while it paints. Pause opens the moment picker - the snapshots plus the live end - and the chosen moment is what you keep.
Pick the moment
#A strip of snapshots from the last minutes, newest at the end, with a live tile showing the current state. Click the moment you loved; resume painting any time - the stop is a pause plus a choice, not an ending.
Insert as picture / Update
#Lands the chosen moment in your document's own proportions, covering the page like a print, as a re-editable layer named with the piece's own title. Editing reopens the studio with the settings; the painting itself will be new - chaos cannot repeat.
Process film
#A WebM of the painting as it happened, from start to stop, recorded automatically while it paints. Download it or send it to the Media Library; the file carries the piece's title.

#Copy snippet puts the living society on your own website: every page load charges its own entropy, so every visitor sees an original that has never existed before, in every dimension you left to their choice. A finished piece rests, then a new one begins - a gallery that repaints itself. The page keeps its scroll wheel until the visitor takes hold, and reduced motion is honored with a finished still.
No seed
#There is no seed field anywhere, on purpose. A missed moment is gone and a kept one is yours alone - that is the point of the exercise.
