Text Art (studio) Extension 19 items #

Your image built entirely from characters: ASCII, emoji, packed words, readable text flows and silhouette text - glyph color, size and density carry the picture, never an overlay. All computed locally.

The text Art (studio)

Your image, rebuilt from characters, bricks and tiles, computed in your browser: ASCII art with classic, block, braille, binary, Matrix rain, typewriter or your own charsets, emoji art with coverage-weighted color matching, and object mosaics from toy bricks, dice, puzzle-cube stickers, sticky notes, LED dot matrices, ceramic mosaic and keycaps whose legends cycle your own text.

Beyond photos there is a word portrait that grows and rotates your words with the image, readable lyrics and post-art flows straight from a WordPress post, silhouette text, and photo-free typography such as periodic-table element tiles, hidden-word letter grids and crossing letter tiles. Shape masks, a heart, a star, a giant letter or any emoji, replace the photo anywhere.

Open it from the Extensions menu. Everything inserts as an editable layer and reopens with all settings.

ASCII Art

#

A density ramp of characters, colored per cell. Five charsets: classic, blocks, braille, binary (the Matrix look) or your own characters, plus cell size, bold and contrast.

Emoji Art

#

Every cell becomes the emoji whose color matches best - coverage-weighted, so sparse emoji read correctly against the ground. Sets: mixed, hearts, nature, food, or type your own emoji.

Brick Art

#

The image rebuilt from studded toy bricks: every cell becomes a beveled brick with the round stud, colors snap to the classic brick palette (redmean matching keeps hues honest) or stay original via the Original colors toggle. Brick size sets the resolution.

Dice Art

#

The image laid out in game dice: brightness becomes the pip count, the mixed set combines white and black dice for twelve gray levels (or pick a single color set with six).

Cube Art

#

A magic-cube mosaic: every cell is one sticker in the six classic face colors, with the bold black grid separating the 3x3 cube faces.

Sticky Notes

#

The office-window mural: square sticky notes in neon pastels, each slightly rotated with a soft shadow. The ground select switches the wall between light and dark.

Dot Matrix

#

Retro display dots in three styles: LED wall (glowing image-colored dots), flip-dot (the two-tone station display, dithered) and pegboard (translucent bright pegs on a dark board).

Ceramic Mosaic

#

Roman-style tiles: irregularly cut ceramic pieces with grout in between, each tile's color slightly varied for the handmade look. Tile size sets the resolution.

Keycap Art

#

Keyboard keycaps as cells in the image colors - the legends cycle through your own text (or random letters). The text-meets-image fusion type.

Word Portrait

#

Your own words (one per line) packed line by line - size, weight and opacity follow the image between an adjustable min and max size, optionally with slight or wild per-word rotation.

Lyrics Art and Post Art

#

A continuous, READABLE text - a song text, poem or one of your WordPress posts (built-in post search) - where every glyph is tinted and optionally sized by the picture. Four layouts: rows, diagonal, waves, spiral.

Silhouette Text

#

The text fills only the subject shape. Cut-out layers use their transparency as a perfect mask; otherwise a luminance threshold with invert does the job.

Color modes

#

Image colors (boosted per glyph), a single color, or a GRADIENT across the artwork from your palette, brand kit or custom colors - on a dark or light ground, with a contrast control.

Insert artwork

#

Bakes the artwork and inserts it as an editable image layer. Right-click for Edit Text Art to reopen with all settings restored.

Element Art

#

Spells words with periodic-table tiles (BaCoN = Barium, Cobalt, Nitrogen). The matcher minimizes leftover letters; letters without an element become plain dimmed tiles. Styles: Classic, Neon glow and Chalkboard, with atomic numbers and optional element names.

Hidden Words

#

A full letter grid with your words hidden inside and highlighted in palette colors while the filler letters stay dimmed - the word-clock look. Grid density, optional diagonal placement and a dimming slider shape the poster.

Letter Tiles

#

Names and words as crossing letter tiles that share letters like a board game rack. Tile styles Wood, Ivory and Dark, with optional letter values in the corner. Needs no photo.

Shape (no image)

#

A source option that replaces the photo with a built-in mask - heart, star, circle, diamond, a giant letter (monogram!) or any emoji. Word Portrait and Silhouette Text (and every other image-driven type) then work without any image.

Matrix / Typewriter charsets

#

Two extra ASCII ramps: Matrix (katakana rain, best on the dark ground with a green single color) and Typewriter (the classic typewriter portrait ramp, best on the light ground).
